Asbestos Management Surveys
The purpose of a management survey is to locate, as far as reasonably practicable, the presence and extent of any suspect Asbestos Containing Materials in a building which could be damaged or disturbed during normal occupancy, including foreseeable maintenance and installation, and to assess their condition.
The surveys are a key requirement to managing asbestos in buildings.

Asbestos Refurbishment/ Demolition Surveys
The purpose of these surveys is to locate and describe all asbestos containing materials in the areas of a building where the demolition or refurbishment work is taking place. The survey will be fully intrusive and involve destructive inspection to gain access to all necessary areas.
The surveys can be targeted to specific areas of refurbishment work or can be fully intrusive prior to demolition.
Our team have over 16 years experience in these surveys both in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
Asbestos Bulk Sampling
At short notice we are able to visit sites and take samples of suspect material. The samples are then analysed at a UKAS accredited laboratory and the results sent to you in a short clear report.
